"After losing my job at the mill after 16 years, my instructor was a real confidence booster. She kept telling me, ‘You can do this.’ At the end of the program, I did a mock interview and her feedback was invaluable. A few weeks later I had a real job interview. I felt really prepared and I got the job!"
