New User ID Format

Returning Students

WebAdvisor, an online inquiry and registration system, will be available for use by all MCC students within the next few weeks. To be more consistent with the User ID format among the various access points (WebAdvisor, Gmail, and Blackboard), all User IDs will now follow a new naming convention.

Effective August 15, your User ID will be your last name + the first initial of your first name + the last 4 digits of your MCC student ID number. Example:  Jane Smith's student ID number is 0987654 so her new User ID would be smithj7654. You'll find your MCC student ID number near the top of your registration form.

Student Gmail accounts using the old naming convention will be inactivated and your new account will replace it. Blackboard users will also use the new naming convention when logging into their courses.
