Core 44 College Transfer Pathways

Montgomery Community College offers all four Core 44 College Transfer pathways. Students successfully completing one of these pathways can earn a minimum of 32 semester hours of college credits. The four College Transfer pathways are:

• Business & Economics
• Engineering & Mathematics
• Humanities & Social Sciences
• Life & Health Sciences

To be eligible to enroll in a College Transfer pathway, a student must (1) be a high school junior or senior; (2) have a weighted GPA of 3.0 on high school courses; and (3) demonstrate college readiness on an assessment/placement test by meeting or exceeding specific test scores in English, reading, and mathematics. Students not meeting those scores may be eligible for provisional acceptance.
